Astronaut Luca Parmitano might not be on the ISS anymore, but I’ve had so many awesome CatchLuca photo contributions, I need to continue to share some great ISS pictures with you! ISS pictures from the ground are sometimes hard to catch, but I’ve got a great group of photos this week. Thanks to all those dedicated photographers out there – you’re the ones who have helped CatchLuca happen!
Make sure to sign up to get updates of my blog so you don’t miss the final few #CatchLuca updates!

“Pic taken in Chilliwack B.C. Canada from backyard . You can see Luca and crew zip above the clouds. The arrow is pointing at nova delphini 2013 which was just recently discovered.Just looks like a normal star but would not even be in the picture if this pic was taken on Aug.13th 2013.
Canon T3i 75mm -300mm lens set at 75mm 10 sec. exposure ISO 800 f/4.” – Bill

“This photo was taken at south of Rome countryside. After several attempts in different locations the nights before, this is the best I was able to achieve 🙁
It’s not really easy with a regular 18-55 camera lens to #CatchLuca so far in the sky, at night time, of a moving object.” – Rita
